Cars, cars, cars and more cars…
…but made a decision I’m happy with. Now it’s all about caravans (which is far worse).

- Exhausted by golf on Sunday, but still managed a good physio weights session to start the week (with PR leg press). No other sessions of any kind at home, because it was either too hot or there was too much else going on.
- Have continued with binaural beats meditation (one exception with a shorter meditation due to lack of time). Taking 10-30 minutes each day to breathe and relax, while my mind moves around ideas/empties a bit continues to be helpful. Planning to reflect more at the end of the month.
- Golf practice was positive, but it was hot and humid. Bailed on Wednesday (having felt awful on Sunday). Played on Friday and managed well. Very tired to start after car-buying the day before and not great sleep.
- Research into cars (and then caravans, argh) was a focus most days this week when I wasn’t playing golf, buying food or actually in the process of looking at or buying them.
- However, did not buy a caravan because we need to do more research (ask some questions) and then take a cooling off period from that research before making a decision.
- Bird of the week: crested pigeon by the 18th fairway at the golf course (where my ball was in the rough).

Stayed positive on the golf course because I was too tired to get frustrated! Worked out well, 36 points bringing me down to my lowest handicap ever.
