February is moving quickly, but I’m not really getting much done…
…which isn’t too much of a problem, but means I’m surrounded by plants that need tending and rooms that need tidying.

- Physio weights sessions continue to go well and this time I wasn’t sore for the rest of the week. Back to getting a single pull-up!
- Mobility training may be making a difference already, so did more this week.
- Made some chocolate protein bites for the golf course.
- Nine holes of golf at Hillview again on Monday, which gives me lots of confidence (even when I’m not scoring that well).
- Golf practice one day this week for chipping and putting.
- One round of competition golf. Played well and scored 40 points (but beaten on a countback).
- Went to a classical concert on Thursday evening with friends. I’ve just read a dreadful review, but I enjoyed much of the programme (admittedly from a front row seat where it was all audible and well balanced). Had a headache before I went. Took paracetemol, but it was still bad when I got home so pulled the plug on Friday competition golf.
- Slept ok with the help of some magesnium glycinate and eventually, around 11 the next day, felt better. It was a lovely day so went out for another nine holes with D at Point Walter. Played well and loved chipping onto some larger greens for a change.
- Evening out for dinner and drinks with friends in Fremantle.
- Watched rugby (Calcutta Cup) and lots of Olympic Winter Games.
- Birds of the week: red-tailed black cockatoos at the golf course squawking around the sixth tee.
There was a lot of social time this week, so I was anxious and then tired, although it was all a lot of fun. I’m finding it very difficult to motivate myself to do more things, and access to all the olympic coverage isn’t helping right now!
