Some good golf, then good practice and then poor golf…

…!?. How good is golf?!

Cover image: A green I failed to read on Wednesday, but did a little better on Friday. It’s very sloped in parts, but flat in others. I often over-read this one.

  • Physio was good and we did some heavy weights. I survived! Home session on Thursday was good, but I managed to tweak my knee in the evening (turning around in the kitchen).
  • Binaural beats meditations have maybe become a bit un-focused and wrapped into stretching and eye treatments. Probably need to take it a bit more seriously for better effects.
  • Sorted insurance for Snowball.
  • Would like to play a different golf course every three weeks or so. Finding that playing easier courses is helpful to build confidence and as a form of useful practice time.
    • That realisation follows from how recent Hillview rounds have helped my confidence already.
  • Birds of the week: Huge flock of Corrella’s flying by early this morning when I was awake (and trying to get back to sleep). Sounded like a massive, but fast-moving, cocktail party.
